Ensure that you call a certified electrician incase there is a problem in the house. Trying to fix the problem yourself may case bigger problems if you do not have a good know how of the issue. This especially pertains to the heating and cooling system that can get a little bit tricky. Keep water and other soluble elements away from the sockets, cables and electronics at all times.
